Splicer's Kit, TK-400

Includes an electrician's scissors, leather two tool pouch, and cable splicing knife. Scissors made of chrome vanadium steel with scrapper and file on one side and 2 stripping notches. Knife has 1-3/4" cutlery-steel blade and non-slip handle. Both items fit securely into the leather pouch which can be used with belts up to 2" wide.
